John Myer is the reason I would give 5 stars for the service and total assistance he provided with our pool. John went above and beyond to make sure we had our pool completed on time. We are older, John was so patient with us to make sure we felt totally comfortable with adding the chemical's to making sure we could operate the hot tub. John made multi trips out, to check on us and still continues to follow up to make sure we are still completely satisfied. You don't get that type of service these days. John is one in a million.
