Problems happen, dates get pushed back, and weather affects the project but they were always there to answer my questions and help speed things up as much as possible. We had wanted a pool for the last 4 years. We found Anthony & Sylvan through a Google search. During the process we talked with a few companies and Anthony & Sylvan impressed me the most and sold me on the customer service. The pool was completed in the late fall early winter so we have only been able to get in the pool once but it has been great. It is a freeform pool with a spa that compliments the back yard perfectly. We have received many compliments on the pool and enjoy it thoroughly. My favorite part is the dimensions of the pool and how it fits our backyard perfectly. Robyn Forehand is excellent. I was completely satisfied with the Customer Service.
