We've wanted to have a pool for 10 years. We have two friends that use Anthony & Sylvan and they recommended it. The reps made suggestions but were comfortable working with our vision and with what we wanted, so the pool was pretty much my design. They had great customer service and every interaction with them was great. They're always in contact with us and addressed any concerns we had. With other companies, you hear stories about things going wrong and even good companies make mistakes. Any issues that happened, they corrected right away. Plus, they are experienced.
