They were referred by a friend (another A&S customer). They opened my pool under a 3-yr Gold Plan. I've used them for general maintenance and warranty repair. The are familiar with our pool since they built it, so they can resolve things more quickly. The workers who open and close the pool are usually friendly. We did not have the best building experience, so the back end opening and closing has been much smoother. Their opening and closing costs are more expensive than other local pool companies. I would recommend they ofter deeper discount to current A&S customers.
