I did some research in 2002, we had our pool put in by them and we have used them ever since. We've had the same techs since 2002. Their names are Keith, Etienne. They know the pool. We like the technicians and the service is always good. They can find issues really quick. We've used them for openings, closings, and services. We buy our supplies elsewhere because it's difficult to get there. When we have issues, we use their services. You hear back from in a timely manner. They have prompt service. They come prepared and they clean up nicely. They speak pools, and are easy to understand. We discovered a leak, but did not know where the leak was. The supervisor got back to us immediately they came that same night. We sent him pictures of where the leak was and Keith came out a few days later. He fixed the issue on the spot. Our pool never turned green and we did have to turn the pump off. The issue was taken care of so quick we never had to fight the algae. They are always quick to come out. Even though its seasonally, they are always friendly, and quick to respond. They always knock on the door to let us know they are there. I'd definitely recommend them. I have recommended them to several friends, and they have been happy as well.
