I filled out something online and Anthony & Sylvan responded. We chose Anthony & Sylvan over any other pool company because of the fact that they’ve been around for so long and they seemed to be a reputable company. Also, the salesperson who came out and spoke with us seemed pretty sincere. We got a free-form pool and we like its waterfall feature. We had a really good communication with the project manager. He pretty much handled everything. The only thing that we were somewhat disappointed with was Anthony & Sylvan contracted out the excavation team, and the company that came out did a bad job. They made a big mess of my yard and wasn’t very cooperative as far as listening to what we wanted. But outside of that, everything else was pretty good. I already actually recommended Anthony & Sylvan to a friend who’s getting a pool.
