When we bought our house, the people who lived here had a contract with Anthony and Sylvan so we just kept that same contract. We used them for the opening and closing of the pool. I really like working with them. Since they had designed and built the pool, they have a good knowledge of it. It has a lot of controls with the air system with the bubbles and all the different things with the tsunami. The Anthony & Sylvan team has been pretty good. They were friendly and I've been thoroughly happy with all their services.

Over the last two years, for some reason, they haven't done everything that they used to do. They used to put the cover on the heater when they close the pool. Then we have these jets that come from under the decks and they go into the pool. They used to take those things off like the nozzles out of all four of those and they put the covers on. Now, I usually have to finish up doing those things. Also, there's a dip that goes inside the tsunami and they had lost it. I had to order another one of those and they replaced that. Another thing I have noticed was that their prices are a little higher than others. Ours is $300 higher than what my neighbors with pools pay for their opening and closing. But other than these, everything’s gone fairly smoothly. They came back and said that they had a lot of problems with a certain team so they redid the closing of the pool to make sure everything was done right.
