We finished our pool last year. It's beautiful.
The pros:
They build a quality pool.
When they started, construction moved along at a predictable pace.
The literature on the initial opening and maintaining the pool was very good.

The cons:
Communication during the last phase of construction was not very good.
The project manager wasn't around much.....but he did make good suggestions.
There was no literature provided for us on how to open the pool in subsequent years.
