Harald Bottke was outstanding in his customer service. During the pool startup, he walked my husband through everything he needed to do. He was an outstanding person that went above and beyond. We had been thinking about a swimming pool for years. We had a consultation with Anthony & Sylvan when purchasing our house. I heard about Anthony & Sylvan Pools from some billboards. We met with other pool companies, and Anthony & Sylvan was the company that provided top quality service. The other companies didn't do their research, but Anthony & Sylvan did. Anthony & Sylvan was upfront and honest with us. Their honesty, knowledge, and willingness to support us from start to swim was great. The pool doesn't have a spa. The pool is a 600 square foot, rectangular pool. My favorite thing about the pool is the fact that it brings us together as a family. We look forward to a lot of quality time with family and friends. I'd like to recognize Harold Bottke and Shavaun Marks. Anthony & Sylvan Pools met my expectations on all levels. They handled the job from start to finish. They were professional and honest with us.
