I work in customer service so I always think there is room for improvement, hence four stars for service. I have been using Educational Playcare for over two years. They are fantastic. Both of my children are there. It has been a wonderful experience. My only issue, which I have shared with them, is sometimes communication amongst the staff. If you go in the morning and tell XYZ to one teacher it sometimes does not get transferred to the later teachers. Other than that, I have no complaints. They take marvelous care of our children. I never once had to worry. Both of my children have been there since they were three months old. I would tell anyone considering to GO THERE and I have, highly recommended.
