My father found B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc several years ago, during a time when I wasn't around to help with his heating and air conditioning systems. They took very good care of my father, and though he has since passed, I am still using B. Carlson for this home more than ten years later. So, when my air conditioning system went out, I did not bother to go with anyone else, or even look around for other options, because I was confident that B. Carlson was not going to sell me anything I didn't need, and their work would be great. The workers that came out were very professional, but at the same time, they were very friendly. But they always took care of business, first and foremost. They always let me know exactly what they were doing and how they were progressing. In the beginning they explained to me how they were going to go about the installation, and as they went along, they would stop, get me, and show me the progress. It was here that they noticed a problem with my heater, which was something I was not even aware of! After this, not only did I have a new A/C installed, but also a new heating system. They were all very kind and very courteous. Plus, the ten-year warranty for each system is excellent!
Even the inspector enjoyed their work! The one who came and inspected the installation was very thorough, and was a bit of a stickler, so if it was any other company, he would have a hard time. But he went through with a fine-tooth comb, and said he liked doing inspections from installations performed by the workers that came to the home because he was proud of the work they do.
Each year I renew the service contract that my father had with them, and I will continue to use them for as long as I own this house. I will never use anyone else.
