I decided to purchased a system from B Carlson over 5 years ago. The main reason for us to invest in a system was because of the reputation of the company and the 10 year warranty attached to our system from the manufacturer. Five years of service we had zero issues with the system until recently. We called B Carlson to resolve the issues we were having with our system but the system would consistently falter after then initial request to correct the matter. After several attempts by B Carlson to correct the matter and get our system working correctly it failed again. We decided to call another
vendor to get a second opinion on our system and correct it correctly. The new vendor pointed out all of the issues that were never corrected by B Carlson. Now I am force to pay another vendor $1000s of dollars to correct the issue and make it right. After I invested my money in B Carlson because I felt they would of corrected in issues in the future and clearly this has not been my experience. Let this be a cautionary tale of the service I received from B Carlson.
