I contacted B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc. to get a quote to do the annual maintenance for our facility. I gave them a detailed scope of work that I wanted to be done annually. When the quote came back, it was for a different scope of work than I had sent them. There was quite a bit of difficulty in getting a hold of people anyone as well. This was my first time having contact with this company and unfortunately, it was decided to use someone else for the annual maintenance.
