I made an appointment with B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc because they advertised an insulation assessment for my home, something I was interested in doing. When they arrived, they seemed less interested in assessing my insulation needs and more interested in assessing my HVAC system. Then they tried selling me things I hadn't asked for, such as a service contract for my furnace. I already have a service contract for my furnace through another company. B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc provided average service, nothing spectacular. I wasn't all that impressed.
