After an overflow issue occurred, we needed a plumber asap to clear the clogged drain. B Carlson was the first place I called, having done business with them before most satisfactorily. They had a plumber on standby, who responded in a very timely manner. Scott not only cleared the drain promptly, he was very interested in keeping our costs down as much as possible. A fountain of knowledge and a very personable, likeable guy, he educated us on what was causing our issue and what we could do to alleviate the problem in future. It's been my experience so far the B Carlson is a no-BS company, rendering quality service at reasonable rates. Can't ask for better.
