All staff were courteous, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The only complaint I would have is that I would have liked more detail in the original estimate so I go do better cost comparisons. I'm happy with the unit, mostly, with the final results of the installation, and very happy with the service. PLEASE DO NO PUBLISH ANY OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!!
