I have to say we have been using B Carlson for over 10 years. After this last service visit I’m skeptical about any more. I was told we would HAVE to replace our R22 system next year because R22 wouldn’t be available. I asked if alternatives would be available and I was told no. I asked if our system could be tested for a leak and I was told nitrogen testing was the only option which required draining all of the R22. After talking to a new friend who happens to work on A/C until I found out most of what I had been told by BCarlson was inaccurate. We won’t be continuing with BCarlson any longer.
