The staff at B. Carlson really is a group of professionals. Today we had service technician Rafael Saavedra come to our home for regular maintenance on our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough, and explained things to me as he worked. He also changed our ceiling air filters, which I greatly appreciated. Signing up for their maintenance agreement also was a great move for us in keeping everything working as it should. Thank you!
