My wife and I have been using Carlson for the past year now and have nothing but positive experiences with them. This last time, we had out AC turned on and the technician that came, Rafael Saavedra was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very honest with us. He completed his work in a timely manner and was very kind in communicating with our little. If I could give 10 stars for him I would!!!
