This was not the first time I used B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, Inc., but it will be my last. First off, when I called into the company the lady that works in the office was very snobby and rude. They really need to do something about her or they will keep losing steady customers like me. I am very picky when it comes to service companies. I belong to their seasonal time conversion program when they come out during Summer and Winter. This last time the technician was very argumentative! I also think the work he did in my home was poorly done. Because of how they are lately I could never recommend them to anyone. I certainly will not be using them again. I hope things change for them.
