Still waiting on a call from Andrea one week later !
A totally frustrating and unacceptable unprofessional experience. Technician incapable and misdiagnosed the problem. Rude , sullen. Refused to even answer my questions. Andrea also was unprofessional and defensive. Andrea told me she would call with information regarding ordering and scheduling replacement of thermostat. A week later nothing . I really thought at the time she was being deceptive.
BYW, TLC came the next morning after the fiasco with BCarlson. Diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes. Not the thermostat rather a zone replacement was needed $139.00. BCarlson charged me $227 for a zone replacement in Oct. 2018! I do have a service contract with BCARLSON!
That will not be purchased in the future.TLC noted a malfunctioning boiler with high pressure as the system is 25 years old we chose to have a new tankless system installed. This is more business ( money) lost by BCarlson as I will not be back. Under our still active “service “ agreement we due one more change over in the spring of 2019.
