These folks are amazing. Hot as $@!#%, a pregnant woman in the house, and the swamp cooler broke, yikes...BCarlson was amazing, came out the morning I called, couldn't locate the broken part in Albuquerque so ordered it from out of town, got it the next day and installed ASAP, and it is working again. They kept in close contact and were friendly, efficient, and super competent. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. And thank you to Pete, he was excellent explaining to me everything going on. Thank goodness there are still great service folks in this crazy world.
