We have used B. Carlson for our heating and cooling systems for many years now. At our A/C tune up this year we had a technician we had not had before. Kevin Neel was his name and we would like to share with the company and other customers, just how superior this young man is. Not only is he completely in the know about the job to be done, but he is also polite, neat as a pin with his work. And work he did! We have never had such a thorough and professional job done at our home, like the one that Kirk Neel provided us. His knowledge is amazing and his work ETHIC is unbeatable.
