I had a clogged main sewer line on March 6 and B Carlson sent out a plumber within the scheduled time frame. It took several tries using a rooter but he finally punched a hole through what ever was causing the clog. Well only 12 days later the same line backed up again so I called on a Sunday morning and Kirk contacted me immediately and said he could be there in an hour which he was. After I explained the situation he gets to work using a small rooter which was not getting through the clog. So he gets a hold of a co-worker who has a newer better rooter and he goes and brings that one back and starts working on the clog again. Well it took at least 4 tries and then finally he brought out some tree roots but the clog still wasn't unplugged so he sent the rooter down one more time and finally unplugged the line. Kirk was very professional and persistent in getting the main line unclogged and they stood by their 30 day warranty.
