His listening and analysis of the load required, and ability to combine options at a good price exceeded expectations. He accompanied me to see the mini-splits at the supply co. And was responsive to our myriad questions. Installation by Alex and Chris was equally excellent. Explaining every step of the process with pictures on the roof, and the operational details of each unit and tstat, Alex and Chris delivered with timeliness, answered questions and with experienced skills completed each task required.
