I'd like to start off by saying that we haven't lived in the Albuquerque area very long. In the short time we've lived here, we have been taken advantage of by three different companies. B.Carlson was NOT one of them. I was skeptical as I was making the initial phone call to them but my neighbor recommended them, so I took a chance. The customer service agent (Dawn) that answered the phone was incredibly nice. She was so accommodating to us. You could hear that she truly had a passion for customer service. Having been in the customer service for many years, I usually can't say this about too many people. She scheduled us for the quickest appointment -- THREE weeks! Oh my, they are busy, I thought. I tried to hide my disappointment, as I was glad to know that they are very busy but upset with myself for waiting to call. She then told me, she would put us on a list to call if someone changed their appointment. Yes! They called two days later! Our tech arrived yesterday... Sean is SUPERB!! Very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what I needed to do between services. He commented on how good our units looked and thoroughly explained the benefits of being on a service contract. I will request Sean for all our future service calls! Thank you, B. Carlson, you've given me comfort after the other companies so boldly took advantage of us!
