Thanks to Kurt Neel for performing our scheduled summer maintenance on our heating and cooling system. Kurt was patient enough to locate and smell an LP leak on our water heater tank. Kurt made sure the fix was right and multiple times checked to make sure the fix was permanent. Thanks also Kurt for being friendly and informative in explaining the condition and performance of our system. We felt like we were having a friend of ours perform the inspection.
