For several decades I have signed an annual maintenance agreement with B. Carlson & Co. to service my air cooler in the summer and my furnace in the fall. Their technicians have, on the whole, done an excellent job of keeping the equipment running and replacing parts when necessary. They have been honest and, with very few exceptions, skilled at their jobs.
