It's nice to know that B.Carlson has great technicians. I didn't recognize him until after he'd left our house, but knew the tech looked familiar. When I received the invoice and saw his name was on it, I realized I knew him. The technician was someone who used to work for my company. He was a great worker when he worked for us (in a different industry), and I'm glad that B.Carlson was able to benefit by hiring him away from us when he decided to go back to his chosen profession.
