Tech Jake told me on 10/24/22 that my inducer motor was a crappy part, he’d replaced several that day, he’d ask to waive the $85 service fee. Told me a replacement part was around $220 and would be here in a day or so. No contact until 11/1, when he returned with wrong part. Finally installed on 11/2 and I get billed $470. President Davis leaves voice mail saying others charge more, so basically suck it up. Did not address anything Jake told me. Do not deal with these unreliable people.
