Our HVAC unit went out. We got estimates from three entities. Two of which couldn't actually obtain the unit they priced. Dwight came and gave us estimates for two units (one the SEER unit we wanted and one higher). We ended up going with the higher SEER unit because they could get it. It still took a few extra days to obtain all the components. Ryan and Shawn came and did the installation over a two-day period. They had to construct new duct work to connect the unit to our existing duct work. They worked diligently and cleaned up their workspace. It took another part day and assistance from Josh to get the gas furnace and ac unit to talk to the new thermostat and to set it up for us. All GOOD.
