The salesman was very polite and thorough. The people who came and worked on our unit did a good job. Even the receptionist I spoke with was polite. We did have a problem about a week or two in, and they came right back out the day after we called them and they did what they had to do. The technician showed us that everything was okay. They were very reliable and their price was good. I really like City Heat and Air.

They sort of reminded me of an old fashioned company. They really want to earn your business. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
