We originally bought our heater through City Heat and Air's carrier and we have been using them for servicing the past 8 years. They typically send out the same person to us, Steven, and we have been so happy with his work.
They come twice a year to service our systems, maintaining them under warranty and they have stuck to their warranty promise.
They maintain our warranty period of 10 years and work diligently to keep the systems working well. A great company with great technicians.
