I've been going to Tech Force for quite a while. Recently I had both my computer and my wife's computer fixed there. When we went to Geek Squad, they told my wife she needed a whole new computer and all she really needed was a part. I did the research myself and told Tech Support about the minor part that wasn't working on both computers and they were able to fix them for a lot less than new computers would cost. Another time, they replaced a power supply on one of my work computers and it saved me thousands of dollars.
