Of the three computer services I called, Donte at Tech Force was the only company that returned my call. Four hours later, my computer was up and running, and all data had been recovered. I applaud Donte for his honesty in this frightening situation. I was completely at his mercy. He could have taken great advantage of me financially by telling me all was hopeless and I would need a new computer system. He did not.
