Tech Force can take care of whatever type of computer problem I have. They take the time to listen, give me ideas, and explain what I need to do to have the problem solved. They also give me the cost upfront. The ladies in the office are always nice and pleasant. The servicemen are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They are all very experienced and you can tell they know what they are doing. They answer my questions and have helped me put some old programs back on my computer. I am going to renew my contract with them for the next two years. I asked them for recommendations on what to get my nephew for his computer and they were very helpful. I also purchased a computer from them for my husband and he has been so pleased with what they recommended to us. They always get great recommendations from me and I wouldn't use anyone else.
