I have been using Tech Force for well over five years. Donte does very professional work, and he is extremely knowledgeable about computers. That being said, he goes above and beyond that in customer service. If I have a distinct computer question, I can call him up and he will answer every question I have. If I am going to buy a new computer, I can call him up and ask him what I should buy, and he will advise me, and tell me what security software to stay away from, and what options to look for. The "tips of the trade" as it were. And this is without me buying anything from him at all. I don't think they make better customer service than that! I have referred Tech Force to numerous people, and I highly recommend this company!
