Tech Force has always done a wonderful job for me! This was not my first time using them, I have been using them for quite a few years now! I usually see Donte when I go to the shop. Both he and the young lady who work up front at the office are very friendly and personable. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. If I have had to call in to ask any questions they are quick to return calls. When they tell me my computer is ready to be picked up it is ready on time. When I take my computer in and try to explain what is wrong they are very patient with me. They don't make me feel like I am computer illiterate. After I leave it with them they call me back after they have had time to assess the problem and they explain to me what they have found and what they can do to fix it. They also take the time to answer any questions I may have. They treat me more like a friend than a customer and that feels nice. They have always been very honest, they don't try to sell me things that I don't need. I trust in them and feel safe leaving my password with them. They recently installed an Anti Virus program for me and it's working beautifully. They always do extra little things like that to help me and I greatly appreciate it.
