Older Home Specialists always come to my home to take care of what I need and I never hesitate to call. During my last experience, we were expecting a storm and we were worried about the water settling in our front yard area, so they came to fix it.

However, ever since our water shortage in California, we were told to fix our sprinklers to conserve the water and we called them one more time. Then a severe frost came a week later that burst one of our pipes; we called them again and they came to our house and fixed it at no charge for us!

They were very prompt about their response. It was very easy to work with them and always explain things to the best of our understanding; and I really appreciate that! I thought they were very professional, prompt, and responsible with communicating any delays.

If we need any more plumbing work done or sprinklers to be replaced, we will call this company. They understand older homes, how they were constructed, and what kind of materials they used.
