I recommend Older Home Specialists very highly. I have an antiquated old house and the sprinkler got stuck in the on position! I could not get it off. The sprinkler was on for 16 hours until the next morning. I walked the technician to the backyard and explained the problem to him. With brute strength, he fixed it!

He said that he had a minimum service charge but would work with me on anything else I would want him to look at. He did a couple of smaller things, like fixing a sprinkler head that he had noticed was messed up. He even offered me a price break and I didn't feel too humiliated! He did a nice job and I felt well cared for.
