We own a building that has five units, four of them rental, and Mr. Handyman has done a variety of projects for us. The work was done really well in the past so I would have ranked them higher. However, the reason I rated them the way I did now is because I've had a hard time with a guy who came to do some work. He did a beautiful job and we needed him to come back but he's repeatedly canceled and I'm not sure whats going on. The quality of work has been excellent but scheduling has been a challenge.
