Patrick did a great job and my new door looks great. But I was not informed when I made the appointment that there is a surcharge for using a card, and this being an emergency, I had no choice but to pay cash which has put a severe strain on my finances this month. Also I don't know why I was charged $35 for parts when I had a brand new door to install and all the parts were included.
