First off, I never got far enough to have repairs done so I cannot attest to the quality of work. To begin, I called to have drywall repaired, I spoke with Chris in the main office and detailed the amount of drywall, thickness and job specifics. When the contractor showed up, he told me he had no idea the job was this big and would need a second person to help. After telling him that I specified everything to the main dispatch he told me that there is massive communication issues from the office as he has showed up to multiple jobs before without the correct information. Before leaving he measured the drywall on the ceiling without using a ladder claiming it was 3/4" ( it is in fact 5/8" which was communicated to the office dispatch before the contractor came out). After the contractor left Day 1 with no work done, I get a call the following day saying the 3/4" drywall would take an extra day to get and at an extreme cost. I again expressed that the drywall was 5/8", but at this point was so frustrated that I decided to cancel any further services. I do not recommend this service
