Okay work, could be better

I've been a customer over 5 years. The older guys are good, but sometimes the new guys forget things I put on my to-do list. For example there was some painting on the outside of the house they never got to. And also fixing gutters was something they never called back on. I've been getting more disappointed because it's getting more expensive.
