I had a mixed experience with them. I originally had them repair my silverware drawer last November. The first technician they sent out put in a bracket to repair the drawer, but the bracket popped out six months later. I contacted them again, and the first technician they sent out wasn't available. The second technician who came out said I needed something more heavy duty to fix the drawer. He ordered the part, and I scheduled an appointment for him to return at three in the afternoon once the part came in. They have a habit of trying to reschedule appointment times, and I had asked them specifically not to arrive early that day because I had prior commitments and would not be home. They called me that afternoon and said the technician was stuck on another job. He showed up at 5:45 that evening, and he wasn't happy with how things were done. He went to Home Depot to pick up another part, and he fixed the drawer by eight that night. When the bill came through, I thought the price was incredibly high, and I don't feel the price for the work is a good value. Their staff members are nice and friendly, but their scheduling needs improvement, and they are very expensive.
