Adam came out to reeplace the rotting trim on my two story chimney. After removing just one piece of the trim he disocverd some rotting wood behind the trim. This was going to take more than his original estimate. He scheduled sometime to come back, sealed up the part that he had startd to work on. When he return he got right to work removing the siding and repairing the rotten structures, Forntunately he only has to replace a few two by fours and somw of the sheeting and not the whole structure. He was able to compelte the job in less time than he had originally esitmated. Did a very nice job of caulking everthing and cleanin up the site when he was done.
