We needed a new patio door lock, which was hard to find for our particular door. The first technician that came said it wouldn't be a problem to fix and ordered a new lock. We waited 2 months for the lock, which was still backordered. We had to contact Handyman weekly for a status. They did not contact us. Finally they sent out their head man, and he was excellent. Ordered a different lock and we only waited 2 weeks for this one. We were happy with the job Scott did to replace our lock.
