Do not waster your money.

The quality of the work was very poor.
The problem was squeaky floor in my bed room. The technician told me he has to open first. He told me there's something problem underneath of the subfloor. He was going to cut 4X4 as estimated. There were a lots of unhead screws on it. I tried to use someone to fix the problem before but didn't work. Actually I didn't realized that much screws on the plywood. By the way I already talked to him about lots of screws on it when he came for get an estimate. At that time he said no problem to cut it out. But on the due day it wasn't easy, he couldn't even cut half of 4x4. Then, he told me there's nothing wrong inside. There's no reason to cut more to checkout and nothing will be changed. He was keep saying don't know the problem so he's gonna put plywood back on it.
Me and my wife were like.. really confused about what he was doing. He just cut the plywood and put it back for nothing fixed. He was keep telling me it's normal sound for wood house and nothing could be fixed that squaky floor. Then he told me he's going to put 2pieces plywood for small area. I was wondering why putting 2 pieces for small area. He said it will be covered by underlayment and laminate, so really doesn't matter. I didn't agree with that cause he couldn't cut the small tiny piece right on the joist with unhead screws. Thats why he was trying to put 2pieces. When he went to Homd Depot to buy materials, I was trying to take that small piece out so he could to put one piece on it. After 15mins to 20mins, he came back with materials and he was like shaking he's head, told me why trying to take it out. I told him me and my wife don't want to put 2 pieces on this small area. Then he cuts that piece of plywood on the joist with his saw blade.
It didn't really take that much time.
(I'm still don't understand why he was trying to put 2pieces like that.) Then he put one piece of the plywood. He bought 2x4 plywood and used 2/3 of it. The squaky sound was little bit gone, but he didn't know why. He was keep telling me there's nothing he could do more about it, so I couldn't keep forcing him to cut more and check out. I thought thats how it is and at that moment I just gave up to fix it cause the handyman was keep saying it won't be fixed. I helped him to put his toold in the van and he said he's going to figure out the final cost and tips with cash. I talked my wife about why we paying tips cause that was weird. The result was not fixed but I saw he was working hard and sweating. Just gave him $30 tips for nothing. When I gave it to him he said it was kidding. It was funny, I was like "WOW".
By the way, after few hours later since he left. The squeaky sound came back like same as before. I thought something is not right..and went to Home Depot to buy my own tools. I took out the plywood that the technician put on it. I cut 4x4 and trying to figure out the problem. Then I sent E-mail with pictures and all the complains. The technician stopped by on Friday. I sent E-mail right next day.
I talked with customer service and explained everything. I talked with the owner, he will talk with his technician and will give a call back. He called me back few days later cause it holiday weekends.
I talked with him for about 25mins. I asked refund my money back like even half because his tech spent time too. I thought that was fair for each other. But, he was keep saying there's nothing he can do about money back.

I wasted my money and time for NOTHING.
I fixed the problem that their technician couldn't do it. Thats so funny, isn't it?
They rescheduled TWICE before few hours before the appointment time.
They put mark up price for their material charge.
I really disappointed how they worked and keep changing words. Never ever work with this guys again.
