Although the "technician" worked in difficult/wet conditions digging six holes and setting six steel posts, it took four, rather than two, days of labor to install sections of pre-fabricated fencing and construct two gates in two 12' back yard entry areas. Only one rotted post required removal because new post holes were dug near the old fence lines. When the tech reported a cost increase, the amount of the increase was not clear.
