I could not have asked for a better experience with Mr. Handyman of NE Monmouth County. From the moment that the office staff picked up the phone, they were friendly and very good with scheduling and keeping in contact with me and helping me with a schedule that worked for me. My neighbor referred me to them and I know that they sent her a gift card for her referral which I think is great and she was very happy to receive it.

The gentleman that came out to insulate the windows was extremely timely, courteous and neat. He was honest to the point that he told me that my windows did not need to be insulated, which is why I hired him. He showed me how to close the windows properly so that I wouldn't continue to lose heat. He even had me return the insulation that I purchased for the windows. He was amazing helping me understand how to work those windows correctly. He didn't have to do that and could have easily gone ahead and replaced the insulation but he was honest and simply showed me how to properly close them! Excellent customer service! He did a couple of other maintenance jobs while he was there and did an excellent job of those as well!

I as well as my husband are compiling a list of different maintenance projects that we will be calling them back to schedule, things like cleaning the deck and painting different things outside. I highly recommend their service and I will be using them again.
